Inside Sales Representative/Global Sales Executive – Media Team/ Miami - FL

Duties and Responsibilities
As an Inside Sales Representative/Global Sales Executive you are responsible for inbound lead generation, prospecting, and closing skills worldwide, into our fast growing small and medium business segments. You will evaluate potential customer needs and demonstrate our products via the Web to qualified prospects. You will manage your own leads and prospect relationships from initial contact to closure. Sales will be conducted via phone and email, with minimum travel required.
Responsibilities Include:
• Drive sales through inbound and outbound call activity
• Differentiate our services through solution selling
• Conduct professionally and ethically internal and external communication
• Manage close volume of 4-8 accounts per month
• Handle basic technical questions from potential clients related to their needs, and our video delivery and live streaming products
Skills and Qualifications
• 2-4 years sales experience
• 0 -2 years Technology sales required, media sales a plus
• Proficient in forecasting, converting and tracking prospects to closure
• Top –notch presentation skills are required
• 4-year college degree
• Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal, are required
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (or equivalent CRM) is preferred
• Candidate must be results-oriented, pro-active, self-motivated, and work well in a team environment
• Must be comfortable working within a dynamic and challenging environment where everyone “does it all”, and work extensive and unconventional hours
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Must be willing to travel occasionally – domestically and internationally
